How does set-up and back-up work? Is it included in my hire time?

Set-up and pack-down are handled entirely by our team and don’t count toward your hire time. We arrive an hour early to ensure everything’s ready to go, and pack down discreetly within 30 minutes after your booking—so you get the full experience, stress-free.

Can you do outdoor events?

Yes! We can set up outdoors as long as there’s a marquee or shelter to protect the booth from sun, wind, or rain. The space should be flat, clean (not on dirt or uneven ground), and have a nearby power source so we can keep everything running smoothly.

Do we get to design the photos print out?

Accepted Answer

We will customise your photo layout to match the theme of your event. You are welcome to send over any logos or images. We will send you the revisions for approval. Just let us know what footers and personal graphics you would like.

Quality is important, what kind of equipment do you use?

We prioritize quality in every aspect of your photo booth experience. We use high-resolution DSLR or mirrorless cameras paired with professional-grade lighting to ensure crisp, well-lit images. Our booths are powered by reliable, industry-standard software for fast and seamless operation. Whether it’s prints, digital galleries, or special effects, we use top-tier equipment to deliver stunning results every time.

Does It Print Instantly?

Your prints will be ready in about 20 seconds, and you can enjoy as many sessions as you like throughout your photobooth rental.

What happens is there is a technical problem during my event?

If our staff step out, they’ll leave you their number and always stay within 10 minutes to return if needed. We also check in every hour to ensure everything’s running smoothly. With multiple locations across Adelaide, we can repair or even swap in a new booth quickly — so your event never skips a beat.

What about scrapbooks?

We have 2 types of guest books available. A hardcover version or a leather album. Pens and glues are included to use.

Hardcover $50 Leather: $125

We can also customise at an extra cost.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we certainly do, we have public liability insurance covered for 10 million dollars.

How long can we hire a booth for?

Pebblr Booth is hired at a minimum of 2 hours. You may add additional hours depending on your needs

Do you have WWCC/DCSI Check and Police Clearance?

All our staff have had DCSI checks and are cleared to work with children and the vulnerable.

How can we get copies and share the photos?

You’ll get an online gallery link within 4–7 days, and guests can also download instantly from our sharing stations.

What style backdrop can we choose from?

Explore our extensive selection of over 60 stunning backdrops designed to elevate your event. Feel free to bring your own backdrop as well! Just ensure it isn't made of vinyl or any reflective materials, as these can cause flash glare and impact photo quality. We recommend a minimum size of 2 meters wide and 2 meters high for the best results

What if my event is further than 20km from the Adelaide CBD?

We love bringing the booth to as many celebrations as possible! For events beyond 20kms from Adelaide CBD, a small travel fee of $2.50 per km (there and back) applies.
