Venue Checklist

We would like to make sure that your event run smoothly.
Please make sure you have checked the venue for the following requirements:

1. Indoor (or atleast covered)
2. Space of 3 meters by 3 meters for Photobooth
3. Ceiling minimum 2.4 meters High
4. Accessible Power Point near by
5. Small Table for props and/or Guest book

Please let us know about:

• Bump in Time (What is the earliest time we can come and set up)
• Any stairs/Lift
• Floor Plan (Where you like the booth to be set up)
• Venue contact number
• Closet loading spot to unload and pack up the booth
• Carpark Ticket to be organised by Host (If required)
